Real Estate Meetup is a series of specialized events for professionals in the real estate industry, from investors and developers to architects, sales specialists, tenants, and owners. The goal is to share experiences, unite specialists from various fields, and help develop and maintain stability in the industry.

“The Evolution of Office Spaces: Modern Functionality, Principles, and Demand”is the topic of our first meeting. We have invited two representatives from City Capital Group to join the discussion: Andriy Fedorov, CEO, and company partner Oleksandra Prorok. City Capital Group is a leader in the development, construction, and management of commercial real estate, with a total area of 250,000 square meters.

The third guest of the meetup will be Ihor Maysak, a specialist in construction and corporate real estate management. His portfolio includes numerous construction and reconstruction projects of commercial and residential premises, years of work with EPAM Systems, successful rental, purchase, sale, and investment deals.

The meeting will be moderated by Serhiy Yashchuk, CEO of PLATFORMA coworking spaces.

The meetup will take place on July 4th. Starting at 6:00 PM, we will be waiting for you at the Gallery on the 4th floor of PLATFORMA Leonardo.
